Family Court Corruption.

Practical guide / October 22, 2026

Check a claim before sharing it

A shareable claim should lead readers back to its source and leave room for what the source does not establish.

This is our editorial method, not a finding about any person or case.

Five checks

  1. Find the original. Prefer the complete document or official page over a cropped screenshot or repost. Keep the URL and date checked.
  2. Read around the passage. Identify the author, date, jurisdiction, and purpose. Read relevant nearby text and attachments.
  3. Label the status. A party's statement, complaint, pending case, court finding, dismissal, settlement, and reversal describe different things.
  4. Look for later developments. Keep responses, corrections, and contrary evidence with the initial source.
  5. Check privacy. Remove children's identities and private details. Do not circulate sealed or confidential material.

Use careful language

Say what the source records and identify the exact page or section. If a fact cannot be checked, label it unverified. A professional association, fee, appointment, or complaint count alone does not establish wrongdoing.

Make corrections possible

For a correction request about our site, identify the page, the precise statement, and a public supporting source where possible. Use our general contact channel without sending confidential records.
